My Role as Stage Manager

For the piece Scratch by Robert Kitsos, I took on the role of Stage Manager, overseeing the entire production process. My responsibilities included coordinating rehearsals, maintaining production paperwork, creating and managing schedules, and collaborating on costumes and props. I also handled production calls, cue calling during performances, and ensured smooth communication across all departments. Working alongside the performers, choreographer, and the assistant stage manager, Sky Logan, I played a key role in bringing this piece to life with precision and care. The process required adaptability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills, as I worked closely with lighting designer Coco Zhou and other collaborators to ensure every element came together seamlessly.
